All Commanding Officers of 38th Vessels,
By order of Rear Admiral Konieczko, ALL 38th vessels are IMMEDIATELY recalled back to Deep Space 13. All ongoing patrols are cancelled - if there is an emergency, inform this office.
Upon returning to Deep Space 13, ALL vessels are to offload any civilian passengers, individuals currently incarcerated in your vessel's brig, and all personnel considered unnecessary for wartime efforts.
Once this is complete, your vessel is to remain at Deep Space 13. Do not begin any new patrols.
Further orders will come.

Furthermore I am hereby requesting to Command that crew rotations for essential personnel be postponed until the conclusion of the recall, and I am rescinding leave for all essential personnel and having them report back at once. I expect we will be ready for operations in 48 hours maximum. We are standing by for further orders.

Following repairs and the verification of those repairs, Wayfarer will be conducting memorial services for those lost and a brief, 96 hour period of shore leave before planning our next operation.
