This is an official Be-On-The-Lookout Notice from the Office of Rear Admiral Konieczko.
As of Stardate 96092.8 the individual known as Henry Hawkins is now wanted for questioning for suspected piracy. Should he be encountered, it is imperative that efforts be made to acquire him and bring him to Deep Space 13 for questioning.
Be advised, this individual is considered extremely dangerous. Approach with the knowledge that he may attempt fight or flight. He was last spotted in the Kelterre Sector but has been previously seen in places such as Drozana. This individual may attempt negotiation in order to acquire a desired outcome. Regardless of what he offers, acquiring him is a priority.
