Greetings to you, Ambassador Perim.
Recently members of Starfleet assisted my family, and indirectly all off the Orion people by ridding us of my older sister and former Tabadi, Ensia Valusia. She was determined to lead us down a dark path, one that she intended would bring her to the head of a new Kolari Vaj, a new Orion Empire. As a result of her death at the hand of your people, and please know that we hold no ill will as this was the result of her own actions, I have assumed the role of Tabadi, or matriarch of our family.
We are thankful for the bravery as well as the merciful restraint of your people and the assistance of Starfleet in general. Captain Lunya Vel showed us that the Federation has the power to make change but also can do so wisely. Discussions with her have led me to the following request.
I would like to discuss normalizing a relationship between the Federation and Valante’ Valusia Kar, so that we may engage in trade that will be mutually beneficial to both of our organizations.
At current time, no one outside of my immediate family knows of my plans. It is imperative that until there is a deal with the Syndicate for our peaceful withdrawal in place, this cannot be made public.

The transcript for Operation Heartbreaker
Tabadi is basically a matriarch and sometimes queen depending on the size of the families holdings. Though the family was weakened tremendously under the leadership of Ensia Valusia, they are still quite powerful.
Your call if you want to RP this. I’d be all for it, but if your time is too limited then we can handwave this.
