Sirs,
The following is the guideline to what is now being designated Project 44.PI.3226.
The asset 'Justine' has been sent back to the Azedi to work with them, while providing operational intel to us.
As of stardate 95200.7 every 12 days a ship will be required to be in the area of the planet Kacam. Justine will have two attempts during this day to send a masked low level subspace transmission, the reason for being closer to the planet is to keep the ability to find this subspace transmission to its lowest level. The closer we are the less chance for the Azedi to discover the 'treachery' of Justine and most importantly the information they will be providing.
It is my personal recommendation to requisition an Incursion Class vessel as soon as viable using its holographic masking system and energy signature matching abilities we would be able to approach the planet as a variety of civilian vessels during the period of the operation without issue.
Alternatively if we are still within the possession of the vessel designated 'Rem'Ir' the intelligence department is requesting long term usage of the vessel using it in a similar manner to the MACO operation prior to stardate 94876.6.
The asset will be required to either transmit coordinates to an information drop, or signal of no information collected. The ship will leave for twelve days before returning these cycles will be recurring. If no transmission is received for three cycles, the asset is to be declared lost and the operation will end.
Given the short time frame we have changes can of course be made, but the main fixtures cannot be altered too much as the asset has already departed the station.
Given aswell the extreme risk of this operation to the crew of the ship used, let alone using data the asset may provide I would like to encourage as little man power on the ship as possible, it is quite reasonable to keep the crew number as low as possible, and if required make use of holographic emergency programs where possible. It should also be imperatively known to the crew aboard that they could be in serious danger during their times inside Azedi space. I am willing to take command of the vessel if needed, as I would not ask any of my officers to do something I would not myself.
Finally being who it is, the only recording of my interview with the asset is currently stored on the internal Intelligence department black box. If you wish to view it please of course do not hesitate to come a view it for yourself.
