The inquiries have concluded and as such the following is in place:
1-Per General Order 26: You will not face disciplinary action Judicially from the violations of either General Order 1, or General Order 2.
2-You will be considered as receiving a Verbal reprimand.
3-You are returned to active duty and will return to your post forthwith.
You are Starfleet officers and a representative of not only the 38’th Fleet but all the Federation. You are held to a high standard that while it may appear unfair, is necessary. The ability for the 38th to operate on the frontier is granted only due to its officers showing good decision making. This needs to be kept in mind, See that it is.
