Subj: Attempted Bombing Investigation
I hope this message finds you well, Captains.
As I understand it the investigation into the attempted bombing of the Volodi archeological site has yet to fully commence, more importantly the source of the explosives is still unknown. If additional personnel or resources are requires, it would be of no inconvenience to offer assistance. I believe the sooner the perpetrator is found and apprehended the better, they may already be planning another attack.
If the situation permits, I think the cadets could benefit from an educational outing where they would be able to observe how these sort of investigations proceed. As just an ensign, I understand I have no say in the matter, thus leave the captaining to the captains.
