Captain,
Following the failure of liberating the Sienae System, and the ceasefire you negotiated with the Romulan Commander, the Blackjack Squadron is ordered to place the Sienae System under siege. Blackjack Squadron will take position outside the system and prevent any ship from entering the system, with the exception of medical and aid supplies. Any cargo ship will be subject to search or turned away.
You will offer conditions of surrender to the Commander every day, the conditions of which will demand the surrender of all Empire forces to Blackjack Squadron and to be taken as prisoners of war, with all of the rights offered to Federation POWs. Ensure the Commander understands that should surrender not be accepted by Stardate 100509.2, the system will be attacked with full force.
After this deadline has passed, Blackjack Squadron has permission to enter the system and begin an attack of military assets. A full invasion Task Force will be allocated to you nearer the time.
The siege is to begin immediately.
