Effective immediately, you are ordered to relinquish command of your vessel to Captain Rigle sh’Harr.
You are requested and required to report to the Office of the Admiralty, where you will become the 38th Fleet’s Strategic Operations Officer. You will continue to report directly to Rear Admiral Bishop.
Upon arrival, you are to begin by inspecting the U.S.S. Hornet, reviewing the events that led up to the destruction of the U.S.S. Defender, and then comprise a readiness report of the three squadrons in the fleet.
