Capt. Perim:
When we last met, you had requested a recommendation for the post of Assistant Chief of Security. After much consideration, and review of qualified applicants, it is my privilege to recommend Lt. Marc Wilson for the position. Lt. Wilson has served as Beta Shift Leader for the last three years. During that time, and in his previous postings, he has received numerous citations and commendations. I am of the opinion that a promotion to Lt. Cmdr. and elevation to the post of Assistant Chief of Security are both well deserved by Lt. Wilson.
