I would like to let you know that the Endeavour has finally completed all the necessary repairs and is once again at optimum capacity. Thus, I would like to write to you to request that we lead the SAR to find our Captain; the Endeavour is fully capable of a mission such as this since she was designed to be able to conduct a wide range of operations, from scientific surveys to escorts to front-line deployment, to name but a few. I am also told that it would aid in the morale of the crew and that they are determined to find our missing Captain.

I do not think I have to warn you that the longer a delay, the chance of a successful recovery becomes smaller and smaller. Whilst all the information is already provided in the relevant AAR, I believe that a meeting would seek to remove all miscommunication and will be able to put you in a good stead for your upcoming decisions.

I am available at any time you wish.

Commander,

I'm glad of knowing the Endeavour is back at its maximum level of efficiency. I agree with your assessment that we need to act quickly if we want to have any chance of rescuing Capt. Bishop, and I'm also glad of your offer to volunteer the Endeavour for this important assignment.
Thus, I've decided to grant your request: the Endeavour will spearhead our SAR effort in localizing and rescuing Capt. Bishop. I'm sure you already have all the most recent infos and data we have been able to obtain but, in case you need more, just ask.
The Valley Forge and the Attar will also be dispatched for the assignment, so all three vessels will operate in strict coordination and cooperation.
