Exceptionally long time no see, somehow even longer time no speak. Hope you’re well, I’d forgotten what an amazing station you kept, compliments to the CO and finest 2nd Officer there ever was. Thank you for putting me up this last week, your team did an amazing job in helping me resettle, I really appreciate it Captain.

I understand your time is likely to be taken up with important matters, but I was wondering if you had space on your schedule for me to book in a meeting with you? It’s not a vital matter, in fact somewhat of a personal one, but better explained in person than through subspace communication. If you’re not available, it’s not a concern and I won’t be offended sir.
