Captain,

I am submitting the request for special drydock maintenance for my ship. My Chief Engineering Officer will send to your Engineering Department all the details.
I would also like to request authorization for shore leave on the station for my whole crew. We have been eight months in deep space, and they sorely need it. According to my estimations, the Attar will need a full baryon sweep. For this reason, I would like to proceed with the transfer of all crew on the station for the whole duration of the shore leave.

Captain Timoreev, thank you for the notice. Your crew is very welcome to shore leave aboard our station, Operations will provide guest accommodations. They may ask for some volunteers to share rooms, we’re a little tightly booked at present.

I believe the drydock can be available for a baryon sweep in a couple standard days. Engineering is ready to coordinate with your chief on the other special maintenance matters.
