Captain Tungsten, I hope this message finds you well. After careful consideration and following a productive conversation with Captain Vel, I am formally requesting transfer to the USS Hornet as her Executive Officer. Captain Vel has approved the move pending final Fleet authorization. Serving as Chief Tactical Officer under your command on the Dragon has been a genuine privilege.
I am deeply grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the opportunity to learn from one of the finest captains in the 38th Fleet. The experience and guidance I received aboard the Dragon have made me a better officer, and I will carry those lessons with me.Thank you again for everything.
