TO ALL PARTIES CONCERNED:
We have received and deciphered a communique thought to be from Kirina t'Nalah, including detailed specifications for the Lokaev-t'Nalah implant currently afflicting Arrain Jekal and a holographic surgical assist program meant to help a doctor in removal, and I imagine, installation of the implant. We are currently vetting the program in Intelligence, but have no reason to suspect it isn't exactly what we hoped it would be.
I recommend we schedule a date in the very near future for Jekal's surgery, so that she can return to duty (and, I imagine, a happier life). The holoprogram will be available for examination in Holodeck C, which has been taken off-network and local-file use only for the duration of this program's use.
