We have not met. I am chief medical officer aboard the U.S.S. Axiom and a neurobiologist by focus. Officers aboard my ship have told me that Deep Space Thirteen has been working on some sort of a neurological studies laboratory - is there truth to this rumor? If so, I have a proposal for you and I would like to meet if you have the time.
You are correct in hearing that we are in the midst of constructing a Neurological Laboratory. We are currently finishing off the development, with some delays due to the recent Hur'q conflict, but we estimate it should be up and running by the new year, if not by Christmas.
I am very much open to proposals and will certainly make time to see you; drop by my office when you are free, or conversely, I can visit you on the Axiom.
