Commander,
During our last mission we've recovered one of the escape pods belonging to the U.S.S. Gainsbourough. Inside, we found one of the survivors, luckily still alive. Cadet Rianni has been taken to sickbay, where she received first aid (you'll find a full medical report attached to this message). Her conditions are stable, still I'd like to request for her transfer on Deep Space 13 as soon as we arrives in orbit and my Chief Medical Officer will deem the transfer to be safe for her.
With your staff assistance, and the help of the station's counseling department, I have strong hopes that she will fully recover from her experience, for what is possible.
