Commander zh’Vhenda,
Due to your recent actions that were unbecoming an officer, let alone a senior officer of the USS Hornet’s crew, disciplinary action is being taken against you with the following measures:
You are restricted to quarters when not on duty, or at the mess for meals, or at medical. Time of restriction: 2 weeks
Your holodeck privileges will be restricted after the above punishment. Time of restriction: 1 week.
Commander, you have always shown yourself to be a capable officer, and one that I have always enjoyed serving with. I do not understand where your recent outburst came from, but I do suggest you avail yourself to either the counseling staff aboard the ship or DS 13, or to medical staff aboard ship. You can do better, we both know that. Record of this discipline will remain in your ship file for one (1) year, at which time I will re-review it, and decide if expungement is allowed.
