Commander H'ajah,
Since my elevation to Chief of the Department, it has been brought to my attention that you currently claim residency on Deck 28, It has also been brought to my attention you currently occupy several quarters.
As part of this department, we are assisting in the moving of two thousand civilians off the USS Pegasus and securing them onboard the station in Deck 28. I am undoubtedly aware of the inconvenience of such a move, as such, I am authorizing you two days of leave to conduct your relocation to a number of available empty quarters on other decks. Please be considerate to your fellow officers and civilians to select any one bedroom set.
