Good Afternoon Lieutenant Commander H'ajah, daughter of Shal, of House Cargh in exile,
Respectfully submitted for your attention: prior to our assignment to the 38th Fleet and Deep Space 13, Brahe completed Requisition (2418-X7857-137845ARS) for a Class III Slipstream Drive. Due to a shipping error, our parts were sent to Deep Space 3.
That error has been corrected and the required components are expected any day now. As you can imagine, our crew is eager to begin installation as soon as practical.
My request is that your staff notify me upon the components' arrival and then arrange a dry dock facility for our use, schedules permitting. We are ready and willing to coordinate with your office as necessary. Any staff you can provide for this effort would be appreciated.
