Commander Nim,

In recent weeks, we've had, in my recollection, four separate transfers of prisoners from incoming ships in the 38th. I'd like to hear about how you've got things sorted out. With this latest bunch coming from the Endeavour, I think we'll need to rearrange some things. Any thoughts?
