I apologize for not including you on my message to the Captain regarding Ensign Vemok. I have relieved him of duty temporarily due to his emotional state. As you are also a part of his treatment team, I have attached my recent evaluation report for your review.
With regards to the Ensign’s current condition, I am happy to discuss any insight you have regarding his medical status or other behavior you’ve noticed that warrants concern. I should be available to discuss this with you either in-person or remotely within the hour. Will you be available in Sickbay? If not, I can be found in the bridge observation lounge.
