First and foremost, let me continue to extend my formal “Welcome Aboard” to you both. Now that your onboarding to the fleet is complete, we can dispense with some of these pleasantries and get right down to business. I expect nothing but the best from the two of you. Remember, you have your training at the Academy, and for Mister Flynn, a good amount of practical experience, to fall back on. The Midway is a pretty tight knit crew, but I expect that you two will fit in wonderfully as you begin to settle in. I have included a shift schedule for you both. Mister Flynn, you will be starting on Gamma shift, and Lieutenant Drush, Beta shift. For the near future, I am planning a final tactical drill to iron out some of the issues we’ve been having, so expect to hear about that soon, via the Midway’s message network. For now, feel free to use your down time as you wish, and please do tour the station as that is like a second home. Look forward to seeing how you two perform!
