Captain Morton,

As you are aware, Captain Detuggo was not happy yesterday. People cope in various ways, but being angry and resorting to alcohol because of a routine counselling check up is not the sign of a healthy individual, and could present a significant risk to people under his command and colleagues he serves alongside.

You are greatly experienced and well-known in this fleet. If you do not think this is a matter worth escalating, or notifying the counselling chief, are you at least able to speak to the Captain?
