Inspector Álverez,

Thank you very much for reaching out and sharing your recipe, in return I offer a few selections from my own collection. I’ve found that hlai on Earth is hard to obtain, it resembles an ostrich but larger. However I have found that duck is very close in taste and flavor.

I’ll be sure to try the Caldo de Costilla and report back on how my kids enjoyed it.
