Overview Description
This proposal is designed to outline a service-wide exhibition of Starfleet’s 38th Fleet; it’s accessories, mission parameters, service record, personnel and general directives that are suitable to the public domain.
This project, 38th Fleet ‘Argo’, would need to provide assets to public services such as the Federation News Network and The Wings and Talons as well as Federation and visiting citizens for:
- Recording and Documentation
- Educational Resources
- Recreational Activities
- Professional Career Development and Networking
- Potential of Three Days of Residency aboard Starbase Deep Space 13
The achievable result of this project is maintaining a boost of Starfleet Officer morale following the cease fire agreement signed with the Treaty of Tri’Vokil, Stardate 100545. To showcase the work ethic and wide variety of stations within Starfleet’s 38th Fleet ‘Argo’, up to but not limited to personnel habits, starship general running, scientific exhibitions, open-house policy and volunteer run workshops. These and assets similar would run alongside Starbase Deep Space 13’s civilian infrastructure.
Civilian infrastructure would be provided with support for projected temporary increase in traffic and footfall as well as increased measures to ensure while public access is promoted and increased, civilian and Starfleet Officer privacy is still respected.
Time Constraints
- Recruitment and team creation; 7 Days, not including think-tank sessions.
- Organisation of fleet logistics; 18 Days, reserve fleet already in supporting role.
- Infrastructure support in place for projected increased traffic; 7 Days.
- Signing on exhibitionists and volunteers; 21 - 30 Days, including transit.
- Setup of exhibition materials; 1 - 2 Days, dependent on exhibitionist requirements.
- Risk assessment; 4 Days; not including security analysis.
- Security analysis; 7 Days; requires confirmation with starbase security.
Troubleshooting
- Starbase Deep Space 13's and Federation asset security integrity.
- Integrity of Starfleet 38th Fleet’s operating theatre.
- Safety and general wellbeing of all crew, civilians and visitors.
- Moral obligations to residents and Starfleet Officer’s currently on station.
- Organisation of safe transit; Coordinated flyby display safety limits.

This section highlights a series of proposed stages in which assets of the 38th Fleet are showcased to the public. Deep Space 13 and Auxiliary
-
USS Asimov - Delta Quadrant Exhibition; hosted aboard the vessel an open window into the 38th Fleet’s exploration charter, showcases the finest of Deep Space 13’s science department and a selection of their previously completed and public results. To celebrate the Asimov itself a small exhibit on it’s journey charting the Delta Quadrant, to which only rather recently with context is now available to the Federation for active exploration.
-
USS Atlantis - Vessel Tour; Outside of the Athan Prime Fleet Museum the opportunity to explore the 23rd century pride of the Federation is a rare treat, opening up tours aboard the vessel for a select few hours will excite old-school engineers right through to the youngest of starship enthusiasts, allowing visitors to witness the level of care and attention Starfleet’s 38th Fleet puts into maintaining this beloved starship by many aboard.

Admiral,
While a preliminary, I believe this illustrates the potential. If this gets the green light I’ll start putting together a committee immediately. Appreciate the chat, hope you rest up, safe travels.
