Subj: Submission of Astrometrics Improvements Pkg

Good evening, sirs.
As of last month, Reyga has now performed over sixty star system surveys to date, spanning from preliminary stellar and system body charting to more encompassing tiered surveys incorporating remote sensing, surface-level geological and atmospheric sampling, and documentation of noteworthy concentrations of mineral, flora and fauna presence. After such extensive time and repetitive practice, my staff and I have developed numerous calibration optimizations and signal analysis algorithms to improve the accuracy and speed with which we do our work. I would like to now submit these formally as a package to be tested and utilized by other vessels, science-oriented or otherwise.
The enclosed calibrations package includes modular overlays for every recommended optimization, as well as six new integration tools between long-range sensors, the passive resonance array, and secondary deflector systems. We have also proposed and provided implementation of a new parameter for the multispectral imaging array that can apply differing settings for filtering out noise in specific stellar environments, as well as signal attenuation corrections that compensate for interference patterns in certain region types. A complete technical analysis report documenting the practical validation of all enclosed improvements has also been submitted for independent review and verification.
I believe this package represents a meaningful contribution to Starfleet’s current calibration standards and hope that with further testing and verification, it may be eventually integrated as part of the standard astrometrics software suite or at least as a basis for further refinement. I am available for follow-up correspondence if any clarification of methodology is needed.

This setup will allow anyone to create a star system via the specified google spreadsheet and use the Astrometrics Scanner to ‘see’ the signals with a basic scanning action. Players can also export the system information totally pre-formatted for easier copy/paste onto the forums, e.g. Star System: V477 Tau.
Full instructions on usage can be found in the astrometrics db spreadsheet on the ‘Read Me’ sheet.
