Honored Tabadi,
with the recovery of Thana Vaneri and in the light of the latest attack on the KDF facility, I believe it's time we step up our efforts against the Branded Lady. Her "peace offer" is nothing but a diversionary tactics - if she really wanted to make an actual effort, she could have done it in a simpler and less belligerent way.
We should study the new Raven clone and figure out how to quickly identify these infiltrators in the future. Also, if you are fine with it, your own clone should be studied to see how exactly does the Branded Lady project her consciousness though the clone at such distance. Our starbase medical facilities are at your disposal, and I believe we should invite our Starfleet and Republic allies to help.
We should also step up the military actions - letting her rebuild her forces might prove a critical mistake. With the Breen/Ventraxian conflict subsiding for the foreseeable future, I can spare at least one KDF and one mercenary squadron to help scout and capture or destroy Branded Lady's facilities. There's no way she can hide her facilities for so long - not if we start pushing back.
We should meet and discuss this stuff in more detail.

I could not agree with you more about the increasing severity of the threat posed by the Branded Lady, and so yes; we should definitely get our heads together and form a strategy before she becomes any more emboldened; for to strike at us is one thing - even Starfleet - but for her to launch a direct attack on KDF facility... this can not go unpunished.
We held the body of my... clone (as if one of me isn't enough for this galaxy!) on board the Thana, so it is readily available for detailed analysis. My girls are already working on this of course, but any expertise either from your own staff or - as you say - our Starfleet and Republic allies, would be of great benefit now. If I recall correctly from the Starfleet Intel agent handling this; they have already enlisted the aid of Republic specialists in deciphering the Branded Lady's genetic secrets so this latest development should no doubt prove to be of interest to them as well.
As for the Raven, I doubt anything new can be learned from the one we have here. This was the first model to attack the Thana Vaneri - when we initially became aware of the Branded Lady's use of cloning technology - and so is now easily identified. I suspect that this particular one was among the greater raiding force who took power of the ship after the initial deception. But either way, the body is only taking up space in our medbay so if anyone wants it; they are most welcome to it, lest I hand it to the OSN Academy for the Ghosts to practice their art on.
So far as what we do and when; consider me at your disposal - quite literally while we keep the Thana out of the fight for an extended security sweep and upgrade (we've already come up with some new countermeasures to prevent such extreme methods succeeding in the future!).
