You are commanded to appear in the Federation Council Chamber of the United Federation of Planets on stardate 94990.2 to testify at a hearing of the Federation Council's appointed Investigative Committee. When you arrive, you are required to cooperate with the Council's directions as necessary for them to complete their inquiry and may not depart without their dismissal.
Your presence will also be requested for several debriefs for Starfleet Command, when it will not interfere with the Council's investigation.
