Two Packages Arrive By Courier

Two small packages arrive at the starbase by courier. One is addressed to Lt Katriel Sedai and the other is addressed to the Outpost in general. Inside are small paper flyers, an advertisement:

The subspace website on the back doesn't come up and any search for the terms "Shoes of Luna" get no responses. The courier doesn't know the name off the person who paid for the delivery, but she remembers picking them up on Starbase 381 a few days back.
