The Nova-class Counsellor is one of the fleet’s latest additions, currently around the bottom of our shipyard queue. Current orders from command require it on active duty at the earliest possible convenience. Please coordinate your shipyard teams to prioritize its deployment.
I’ve included Lieutenant Commander Quinn, Counsellor’s commanding officer, in this message chain in the event he has any details to add about what his vessel needs.
