HEALTH OVERVIEW

Lt. Jarol is in good health and is managing the side effects of her Betazoid heritage well without need for chemical intervention. She has an intervention agent in a hypospray which she carries on her person but has not had call to use it recently.

PSYCHOLOGICAL OVERVIEW

Lt. Jarol is adjusting well to her new position on the Brahe. She has mild tendencies to introversion but this does not prevent her from communicating clearly or working closely with others. She is highly organized and exhibits good attention to detail. Subject is conflict-averse and unlikely to dissent in a group dynamic without significant reason, but she is mindful of her duties and cares about making certain they are properly fulfilled.

PSYCHOLOGICAL OVERVIEW

Commander Cotte is a focused individual with a keenly developed need for the approval of those he respects. He holds himself and others to a very high standard and strives for perfection, evident in his work style, interactions with coworkers and his personal habits; he will use the tools and personnel available to him efficiently, but he is likely to be intolerant of other approaches to problem solving until their efficacy has been proven. SUMMARY

LCDR Tiahl is in good health. Patient exhibits a healthy interest in physical activity and admits to overdoing physical exercise from time to time, but scans do not determine any permanent or long-term damage. Recommend passive monitoring of future rec activity to confirm all regulations are being met but no interference is deemed necessary at this time.

LCDR Tiahl is rated capable of active duty without reservation at this time.

SUMMARY

CAPT Sel is in good health. Patient has a minor persistent sleep disorder brought on by stress that should resolve as the stressors are resolved. Advised the patient to reduce caffeine intake and seek out stress-relieving activities. She burned her hand recently but it was treated promptly and is healing well. She has a healthy perspective of her own physical limitations; advised patient to return for consultation if sleeplessness or stress interferes more significantly in her life.

CAPT Sel is rated capable of active duty without reservation at this time.

SUMMARY

LT Lovet is in fine health; however, he expressed some reluctance in visiting the sickbay for treatment and listed a series of potentially serious injuries for which he had not received treatment. Full tripartite scan shows no permanent damage, but there are some minor recently healed fractures in various locations, temporary scarring in the lung tissue and bruises and bumps. LT Lovet assured me that he heals fast and, given the list of injuries, undoubtedly he does, but confirmed he will now visit sickbay if he is injured or sick in the future.

LT Lovet is rated capable of active duty without reservation at this time.

HEALTH OVERVIEW

LCDR Zolwink is in relatively good health, but has been injured somewhat frequently in the performance of her duty; however, scans show no long-term injuries that interfere with her quality of life or the performance of her duties. She consumes an excessive amount of caffeine, but does not appear to suffer any significant side-effects from its use. This may be specific to her race or merely to her temperament.

PSYCHOLOGICAL OVERVIEW

LCDR Zolwink is a fiercely dedicated officer with a deep emotional attachment to her position and to the USS Brahe. This attachment stems from longterm association and a series of traumatic events experienced while on the Brahe. She has developed a sensitivity to criticism and perceived disrespect that brings her into swift and irrevocable conflict with strangers and coworkers alike, but despite a brusque demeanor and a tendency to snap at her subordinates, she performs her duties efficiently. It has been suggested by previous evaluators that mandated therapy may be necessary to correct deficiencies in her interactions with other crew members, but it is the opinion of this physician that any such mandate would only exacerbate the problem. This is an officer of considerable experience and expertise that needs a more refined approach. Will update.

**NOTE**
Interactive Model evaluation format has been substituted for standard questionnaire for this subject.

SUMMARY

LCDR Zolwink is rated capable of active duty without reservation at this time.
