Starfleet Intelligence has reported unsettling evidence pointing at the smuggling station in this system. Apparently, some groups of local ‘traders’ have decided to exploit the chaos left by the Terrans in order to expand their activities to illegal trafficking of Terran technology. More than one actor hostile to the Federation hopes that, by acquiring Terran equipment, they could gain a new edge against Starfleet technological superiority. Units are required to assess the situation on the ground and, if necessary, stop these activities.
