A distress call has been received on a JSI frequency from the SS Palukoo, an independent civilian ship. The broadcast is conspicuously lacking in details such as what exactly the problem is, or why they’re broadcasting on an encrypted Republic military channel. Complicating matters, the signal originates from a point well inside Klingon space.
