This is the first Major Event of the Task Force Peacecraft Arc. Priority to participate will be given to characters and ships which have enlisted in the Task Force, though also other characters may join (ships other than those that are in the Task Force will be considered to be in stand-by close to the border, and their captains will be guests on board the USS Peacecraft, as they prefer.
