I am sure the actions and behavior of Subcommander Rojok did not go unnoticed by either of you. His behavior was erratic and unpredictable. I have pointed out all of the problematic behaviors within my submitted AAR. When I was first promoted and transferred to the Saeihr, I was under the impression the Khre’Riov would be issuing the majority of orders. This Subcommander Rojok has already displayed a level of incompetence to rival that of many Federation Officers I have encountered. I had to look closely to ensure his ears were indeed pointed.
I am curious if either of you had similar impressions of him and if you intended to voice your concerns in your report. I will submit mine, as is, regardless, however I believe it would have greater weight if the entirety of the Bridge Officer crew voiced their opinions of the Subcommander’s performance. Hopefully we can find ourselves with someone more competent in charge before Rojok gets us all killed.

I apologise for the delay in my answer. I wanted to take some time to investigate our dear leader before making any recommendations. My advice, you see, is not given lightly.
I have reason to believe it is not in the Subcommander's best interest--Subcommander Rojok, that is--that the Saeihr appear a success. His political connections would benefit if the ship were to look incompetent and it reflect poorly on the Khre'Riov t'Lhaihtrha. There are some other questions surrounding the connections in general, but I need some more time to theorize upon those before I am willing to put forth any ideas.
It appears, Subcommander, Centurion, that we have someone who hasn't the best interests of our ship and crew--let alone the detachment or the Republic--at heart. For all we know, his political machinations are the end all, be all, of his thought processes and he does not have a fervent sense of duty as is appropriate. Perhaps I am looking for trouble where there is none, but it would explain his curious behaviour.
I will contemplate adding a report of my own.

Congratulations on your appointment. If I may ask a small favor before your departure. I believe it would be beneficial to add your voice and observations to the reports speaking about Subcommander Rojok. If multiple bridge officers are making the same assessments of the man, it leads weight and reliability to the claims and may help in rectifying any issues.
If you do not feel comfortable in this, however, I will understand.

I suppose our assessments of Rojok were correct. His interests did not align with those of the Saeihr's or the Republic's. I applaud you both in the efforts to foil the plans of him and his sympathizers. My primary concern now is the potential for more agents planted by Rojok among our crew. I would like the both of you to coordinate on an entire crew security and background check. I do not want any of his to slip quietly off the ship into the night. It is a personal embarrassment to myself and our bridge crew his agents managed to infiltrate this ship at all. I do not wish to see this reflect poorly on the Khre'Riov.
Flag and forward any suspicious crewman dossiers for further investigation. This ship is not undergoing another mission until I am sure none of Rojok's agents remain. A copy of this communication has been forwarded to the Khre'Riov as well to ensure she is kept in the loop with all actions taken aboard her flagship.

I believe I know the origin of the message. I am glad you received the warning. I did not involve you in the original security orders I issued after the incidents today. We will be conducting security and background checks on all current personnel aboard the ship to ensure Rojok's influence has been scoured from this vessel. I will have Subcommander S'Tokkr expedite your security checks and then authorize you to begin assisting us with the recommendations. There are only a handful I trust at the moment. I wish to proceed with great caution.

As you both are likely aware, I have been working out of my personal quarters as my office for the time being. This is obviously unsustainable long term, so I believe Rojok's ready room is mine to utilize until such a time the Executive Officer posting has been filled. When it comes to what Rojok has left behind, I have several orders:
While Rojok himself was an incompetent agent, I have far more confidence in whoever may have been pulling his strings. The Centurion is already looking into those connections, including investigating Rojok's personal terminals. With that in mind, I also am ordering a complete search of Rojok's ready room and personal quarters. I want every millimeter investigated. All furniture disassembled. His replicators disassembled. I want Subcommander S'Tokkr to perform a sweep for listening devices. I want Centurion Vordai to perform a sweep for listening devices. I intend to personally perform a sweep for listening devices. I want the spaces he occupied to be stripped entirely bare and scoured for any hidden information we may not have been able to draw from his terminals.
I want this work done quickly and the only assistance allowed will be from individuals who have already passed their security and background checks. You have two days to complete the work so I may conduct my own checks before the Senior Officer meeting on Stardate 95083.9.

I have a specific assignment for you. As we have received systems upgrades during our time here at the Mol'Rihan shipyard, our entire weapons compliments will need to undergo diagnostics and readiness tests. While it is unlikely Rojok's influence reached as far as the shipyard crews, I would be remiss to not have someone also check weapons systems for sabotage or other tinkering. You are ordered to ensure all tactical systems under your station are ready before our next mission deployment.
I am aware this is a monumental task. It is also a monumentally important one. Therefore, if the Senior Officer meeting would interfere with any of your diagnostic procedures, your absence from the meeting will be excused. I would prefer your attendance, however I have deemed these tests to take priority. If you cannot attend, I will ensure a transcript copy of what is discussed is sent for your review.

My preliminary investigation has found that two crewmembers had connections to Subcommander Rojok: a T'Maekh tr'Rylov in Engineering and Rhhaein t'Dar in Sciences. What I have discovered is that our former dear leader, Subcommander Rojok, was connected to an Erei'Eenriov in the Imperial Navy. These two officers are implicated with the same connection. I suggest making their stay under your care as comfortable as possible. I would like to speak with them.
