The Federation grand embassy room has been transformed for this event. The roof displays a projected starfield, as if you were looking up from the station out towards the stars. The walls are all adorned with Federation flags, as well as banners and emblems of the 38th Fleet and assorted starships.
The long table hosts banquet of extravagence; gleaming platters of carved meats, and towers of fresh fruits from across the Federation. Breads and pasteries are carefully arranged in intricate patterns, alongside polished silver chalices and crystal glasses.
Along the sides are various buffet stations offering further delicacies from all over the galaxy.
The bar is open, with stewards in crisp uniforms serving champagne in flutes, whiskeys, and wine. On one side are non-alcoholic cocktails.
