MISSION System Survey
OUTCOME Survey of the system, discovery of an Iconian dyson contron platform in close orbit of the star.

NARRATIVE Survey of the Zhen Xiu continues under a fleet consisting of the USS Cassini, Endeavour and Artemis including the second, third and fourth planets of the system. Irregularities in the climates of the planets (such as unexplained ice age) as well as a discovery of anti protons within an unexplained debris field around the third planet led the fleet to investigate the star of the system, discovering a subspace radiation field emitting from the star it’s self.
Further investigation led to the discovery of a solar control platform smaller in size compared to the ones discovered in the Dyson Spheres. However due to a lack of equipment to properly explore the facility the fleet agreed to end the survey and request a dedicated science ship to explore the facility and anomalies within the system it’s self. Beyond that our experts can only speculate as to the goals of the Iconians within this system at this time.
RECOMMENDATION I recommend a dedicated science team along side a ship capable of surviving the conditions of the star as well as equipment allowing for a more complete survey of the planets and their unusual states. As this is likely Iconian technology I also recommend an escort to protect the science teams.
RECOGNITION Crews of all three ships were able to discover a fair amount despite lacking the equipment to fully survey the system.
