NARRATIVE The three vessels launched an attack on the Citali System to rescue MAJ Valencia and CPO Ashodi. The Terran force of one dreadnought, the ISS Escobar; one Cruiser, the ISS Borgia; one science vessel, the ISS Tesla; and two Escorts, the ISS Andes and Urban), were destroyed, with the Escobar and the Andes retreating from the battle. Prisoners were captured fleeing from the Urban before it was destroyed.
With the system secure, an assault team was sent to the ground to try to defeat the Terran forces on the planet.
RECOMMENDATION More forces will need to be committed if the Citali System is to be fully secured. Prisoners should be treated and placed in care until the war is over.
RECOGNITION Captain Timoreev was excellent at coordinating the fleet during the battle which was vitally important for our victory. General Cynis’ strategy before the battle had commenced was equally important.
