ADDENDUM: Identified source of fraudulent work orders as Lt. Cmdr. Enel Pom. Questioned Pom, who claimed ignorance of the incident. Pom reported lending a PADD to colleague Lt. Cmdr. Derek Hastings, who still hasn't returned it. Next questioned Hastings, who immediately confessed to falsifying both trouble tickets and breaching Event Horizon Lounge security to commandeer entertainment screens. Said it was all just a practical joke to scare some people.

Allowed Hastings to make arrangements for his kid, then brought him in.

SUBJ Re: XUR-427390 Closure

Security should feel free to release LCDR Hastings in short order; I have completed my interviews with him. LCDR Hastings has pled guilty to one (1) count of forging operational documentation (misdemeanor). Judicial punishment includes a six month stipend suspension.

LCDR Hastings' commanding officer has been notified for further discipline, if deemed necessary.
