Commander-General,

I've just returned form a meeting with the Vice Admiral concerning the Junayd, we both agreed that this would be an assignment fitting the detachment. As you know the capabilities of your officers and ships better than us we would like for you to put together a plan to contact the Junayd in a peaceful manner. Our intentions are to engage in broader diplomacy with them, as well gathering information they may have and potentially discovering another method of contact with the Azedi.
