Several months ago, the Tzekenthi began experimenting with protomatter devices, capable of destroying systems with relative ease. The 38th Fleet 'Argo' was placed on an alert with other starfleet assets and shortly thereafter struck a blow against one of the processing facilities. The 38th Fleet have again been called into rotation to defend this front.

You should assume this happening to be OOC knowledge until word comes down the line IC. Due to the use of an STF, the minimum level requirement is 50. If you have a different character and need to use that as a level appropriate placeholder we can make exception.
