OBSERVED Y/N?

FORTITUDE
Mental and emotional strength in facing difficulty, adversity, danger or temptation courageously; the strength of mind along with physical or moral courage to persevere in the face of adversity.

Yes: the Commander proved herelf calm even while the situation was getting harder to deal with and a fellow officer was in danger.

TEMPERANCE/RESPONSIBILITY
Self-discipline to control passions and appetites; being accountable, pursuing excellence, exercising self-restraint in action, statement; self-control.

Yes: the Commander showed a remarkable ability not to let personal feelings affect or otherwise cloud judgment. Due to the peculiar nature of the situation in which we found ourselves operating as an away team (the Commander being a Klingon, dealing with people who had just killed many Klingons), it is this Officer's opinion that such a behavior is to be considered doubly commendable.

PRUDENCE
Practical wisdom and the ability to make the right choice in specific situations.

Yes: while the Commander first attempts at drawing attention away from Capt. Mirazuni in order, in his opinion, to ease her own task, were clumsy, to say the least, she showed an ability to immediately reassess the situation and adapting her behavior accordingly.

JUSTICE/FAIRNESS
Honesty, lawfulness, keeping promises; adherence to a balanced standard of justice without relevance to one’s own feelings or inclinations.

No: the mission did not allow for specific observations concerning the observed officer's attitude in this field.

TRUSTWORTHINESS
Deserving of trust or confidence, dependable, reliable; honesty, integrity, loyalty; refraining from deception.

Yes: the Commander behaved according to Starfleet standards for the whole duration of the mission, dealing with the other officers involved with the utmost honesty. While she attempted deceiving some of the station personnel, she did so under mission parameters.

RESPECT
Behavior toward others; civility, courtesy, decency, dignity, autonomy, tolerance, and acceptance; the prohibition of humiliation, manipulation, and exploitation.

Yes: the Commander showed a well-preserved balance in dealing with all people the away team met, even under hard circumstances.

CARING
Honest expressions of benevolence and altruism.

Yes: the Commander did not refrain from offering her help when Capt. Mirazuni was in danger.

CITIZENSHIP
Character and behavior in terms of the duties, obligations and values of an officer in Starfleet.

Yes: as already mentioned above, the Commander behaved as a competent, well-disciplined, and committed Starfleet officer.

IF THERE WERE ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS made by the officer
that you disagree with, please state them here and why:

The Commander’s first attempts at attracting attention away from Capt. Mirazuni, as previously mentioned, were clumsy and ineffective, perhaps due to a bit of excessive ‘theatrality’. However, those actions have not hampered the mission nor the observed Officer’s effectiveness during it.

ANY ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
