ANY ADDITIONAL REMARKS: Often I am reminded of Captain Picard’s wisdom. It is possible to make no mistakes and still lose. That is not weakness, that’s life. The failure in Rimward Systems dealt a blow to his self esteem, from which I believe he can choose to learn and grow from and become not only a better systems expert, but an even better officer.
