OUTCOME Yesterday evening, I was called to the safe quarters assigned to Citizen Tevalak by Ensign Crabtree. I arrived to find Citizen Tevalak shirtless, brandishing an Ice Cream scoop and shouting at Ensign Crabtree that he will deal with Wallstark himself. Upon seeing me, he dropped the ice cream scoop and got to his knees and shuffled along and wrapped himself around my legs sobbing, pleading with me to end his torment and shut down Wallstark. After some gentle persuasion, he returned to the quarters voluntarily and I secured them, posting Crabtree outside the door. I will be informing counseling and medical to look in on Tevalak in the coming days.
