An old favorite on the subspace network is being relaunched under a new name: RateMyCO. Rebranded to encompass ratings of all commanding officers, Captain or otherwise, the new site boasts a significant overhaul of its backend technologies to ensure that officer ratings are up to date, comprehensive, and secure.
Ratings are semi-anonymous, with only an alias username required. Ratings are made on a scale of 1 (Poor) through 4 (Awesome) in two categories, and also provides an optional ability to leave a written comment/review. The system automatically averages ratings for each CO, as well as allows other users to view individual ratings and comments. Unfortunately, moderation of reviews remains extremely lax and there’s virtually no validation of users who want to leave ratings.

To submit a new review, use the template provided here to create a new post in this thread. You can choose any user name you like, but the CO’s name should be presented as RANK Lastname, Firstname. (For people with names that don’t easily fit that format, use your best judgment.) Replace the space between the ratings you want to assign with an X character; you should only pick one rating per category. The ending comment is optional.

When you’re done writing your review, you can update this wiki post to add your scores to the data table above. Use this spreadsheet to handle all the math. All you need to do is add a new entry on the Ratings sheet (be sure to be consistent with CO names or they won’t count!), then check to make sure the CO in question has a row on the COs sheet. If they don’t, insert a new row and copy the formulae from the other rows, as they should be easily portable. The averages displayed on the COs sheet are always up to date with what’s on the Ratings sheet, so you can use it to update the data table in this post.
