Rumor has it that Captain Trellain, and Captain Seafort were dancing in the base lounge, after which he was rushed to Sick Bay for problems associated with blood pressure. Said Andorian Captain was seen with Captain Seafort in the lounge days later discussing things in private.

A rather disturbing whisper has been floating around the Uhlans of the D'Ishae of mutiny and betrayal. It seems that Lir, the half human, taking advantage of Davin's injuries, has commandeered control of the ship via manipulation of other key officers.
Case in point, Uhlans responded to an incident where the human flight deck officer had fired a disruptor on the subcommander. After valiantly foiling the assassination attempt, Davin insisted on handling the situation privately and discreetly.
A message was intercepted later to Lir from centurion Nethali, stating ominously that 'he is coming for you.'
Why neither Lir or Nethali have been dismissed from service or had charges pressed against them is not something the uhlans were able to explain.

Rumor has it that, while Davin T'Varros is enjoying himself on the pleasure planet Risa, his pet sehlat has been dyed pink and shaved like a show poodle.

Captain Razor was purportedly overheard at one of the starbase's swimming pools, during a stop over of the U.S.S. Toronto at Deep Space 13, discussing with several members of his senior staff plans to conduct a footrace through his ship during its upcoming Baryon Sweep at the Hadfield Array. In an effort to assuage the concerns being raised by his staff over the radical - and potentially lethal - idea, he was heard to argue "staying ahead of [the sweep] isn't hard, the trick is to get to the neck with enough time to climb it before [the sweep] catches up with you, and then he made this kind of noise like he had a Newton's Cradle in his throat and he was trying to heave it up."
A probably unrelated tale emerging from later the same day is that "that weird little grey guy from operations was in the pool hall manually removing and inspecting all the water filtration units, who could guess why, I sure wasn't going to ask him."

Rumor has it that security was called to Chef Thomson's quarters, where a batch of live GaGh was phasered with extreme prejudice. Afterwards, it seems Thomson himself was carried off to the brig for a brief cool down and could be heard yelling, "You're DEAD MAN, Bragi! DEAD MAN!"

Mutterings among D'Ishæ's crew suggest that a number of researchers suffered minor injuries after members of the engineering teams decided to, quote, 'loosen up those Vulcan wanna-be's in the Dyson labs'. They apparently accomplished this by reversing the polarity of the gravity plating in the laboratories.
No word yet on whether the scientists found this as amusing as the engineers.

Rumor has it.. that Captain Buchanan was overheard loudly chewing out Ensign Kermit, Centurion Aurelia, and.. Chef Rellir loudly from within the holodeck, though the exact reason for his anger is unclear. It seems likely, however, that it was related to an intense situation which had occurred earlier that day involving the three, a Romulan Commander and some anomalous comm usage.

On DS13's recreational level, in one of the gym's many mini-holodecks, rumors abound of some rather curious speeches sounding out of a reserved deck's comparatively thin walls.
Something about killing someone's father and preparing to die.

Rumor has it the rather traditionalist Commander Lahn actually *defended* two officers carousing in the lounge to another officer.

Rumor has it that a group of people were extricated from Holodeck 13 and brought to sickbay. According to the rumor, at least three of them were unconscious.
Rumor has it that the D'Ishae held a massive party in one of its cargo bays...incredulously, it's also drifting about that Davin T'Varros ended up singing at it, on 'stage' with his bridge crew.
Rumor has it that Nethali Aster has built/acquired a 'Pyro Board', which has been kindly donated to the D'Ishae's mess hall.

Rumor has it that Centurion t'Veras was seen on one of the lower decks talking to a crewman well-known for his propensity for spreading rumors about the romantic habits of various officers. While what she was saying was too low to be heard, an eyewitness mentioned that "he was scared, man, he was totally crapping his pants scared, I've never seen anything like it."
When asked about it later, the crewman just paled a little and denied the incident ever even happened.

Rumor has it Lt. Althea was seen making out with another junior officer in the corner of the DS13 lounge last night. The other officer was supposedly a trill female with purple hair. Some officers murmur their disapproval at such an act, while others seem to find it rather amusing.

Having been assigned to DS13 for a short while now, a number of the Paragon's rather large crew have gone to and from the station on assorted tasks or while off duty. And naturally, the enlisted crewmen are happy to trade gossip and stories of questionable accuracy with the crew of other ships. Several of those stories are inevitably of their captain, such as who gave her a rather noticeable scar (it was either a nine foot tall Gorn or a Klingon Dahar Master), why she has a bat'leth hanging on the wall in her ready room (it was the weapon that killed her predecessor or she was given it as a sign of respect from a defeated Klingon), and how she manages to keep her hairdo in perfect condition every day (excessive hairspray or a wig).

![]() | Rumor has it that there's a giant maneating plant in Cargo Bay 2, which has, to date, victimized (non-fatally) six ensigns to date. It's been enclosed in a stasis field to keep its share of gawkers from becoming one of that number. |

Rumor has it that although Captain Traise has returned to the Albion he hasn't been cleared to resume command because he isn't planning on doing so. It would explain why he has no record of attending any of counseling sessions post Operation Snake-staff or sought to relieve any responsibilities from the officers who took over for his various Argo related duties after his departure three months prior.
