Captain Desimone has been harder and harder to spot lately, apart from whenever she's on duty. Speculation as to why ranges from bitter feelings about Perim's retirement and Thiessen's replacement, to preoccupation with the comatose Captain Derix, to a fragile ego motivating her to hide an increasingly pregnant figure.

On the R.R.W T'met was Commander Rinrana on the bridge after seeing the broadcast of the hearings from the viewscreen of the bridge. Her reaction wasn't that of those within the Federation fleet. But instead, she mostly viewed this as a correct way to handle the pressure put on the Federation's Vice Admiral. glancing at her First Officer as he nods to the commander, as Rinrana was then seen heading to her quarters to contact Republic command regarding these recent events.

Rumors has it that, before the depart of the USS Melqart, the captain was seen with a medium-size bag and a strange metallic case, weapon-size, heading for the quarters of K-7. After few minutes, the XO of Melqart was seen speaking loudly and coursing against two red shirts of his crew. She talked about a mission and the fact that "The f***ing rules, the d***ed f***ing rules. TAKE BACK THE CO". The captain didn't return on board before the departure of the vessel.
