Rumors from the Valley Forge suggest that Captain Se'Lai uncharacteristically reported straight to sickbay upon returning from an away mission to the Nelaraan homeworld amid complaints of chronic jaw ache. Word is Alina went from extremely happy to return to DS13 to very upset in minutes when she learned she apparently wasn't returning to the station at all. There is reportedly a decent amount of confusion among some members of the science department as well, including the current active chief of science.

Rumour has it Captain William Levesley was seen transferring his limited belongings from his temporary quarters on K-7 to quarters on the USS Attar. What makes it more significant is the Captain was not seen sporting the white shoulder command uniform but the grey standard one

Rumor has it several shipyard engineers upon hearing that the alleged real fireplace had been discovered right away were prepared to hold a sit in and block access to it for removal. This was to be done until it was agreed upon by the powers at be to keep it. This didn't go far as allegedly the engineers didn't want to cross the new station commander which, so the story goes many of the engineers actually fear him for some reason, despite several engineers and officers being Vulcans themselves.

She is facing a civil lawsuit on Andoria for breach of contract (more specifically, not following through with her arranged marriage, which she went to Starfleet to avoid). She also may have a way out, but it's not nice....

... that of the 75% negative feedback left on the embassy fireplace's removal, one left no specific remarks, but did attach an article written by a journalist of no particular renown in a current events magazine of no particular distinguishment. The piece focuses on the recent history of Federation's diplomatic interactions and its failings, successes, etc. both minor and major, but trends largely pessimistic in tone. It concluded with the following lines:

Rumor has it that Captain Thiessen has assigned his small detail aboard the U.S.S. Freeman nearly Caspius-levels of work for the period of his leave. While the cadet ship isn't in bad repair (having barely been used), he seems to have them installing new safety protocols and systems for command overrides for training in addition to the expected upkeep and cosmetic repairs.

... the entire cargo container of thin-mint Space Scout cookies destined for K-7 was, through an administrative error, redirected to DS-13. Additionally, a completely randomized inspection selection process has chosen this cargo container for manifest appraisal, a process that can take up to two weeks, given the constant influx of goods back to DS-13. The Space Scout Leader at K-7 determined it was ultimately quicker to re-order a shipment from Sol than try and get through the administrative hurdles to get the shipment at DS-13 released.

Rumor has it that Zdef will announced his candidacy for Proconsul, directly challenging years of leadership under D'Tan. Among various subjects he is basing his platform on, he's made a specific mention of the capitals water supply and that while most M-class planets have beautiful bodies of water, the capitals water supply is an unusual green color. While many scientists have been studying the water supply for years and have come up with widely accepted theories that the water supply is safe to consume. Zdef has made it his cause cé·lè·bre.
