Story goes after Alina met with Caspius earlier she left and got a good distance away from his officer, around to the turbolift, and reportedly just started cackling and laughing like crazy for a few minutes. No one knew why.

Rumor around the fleet was that Everett hasn't been on the bridge of the Everest, as news about the death of a Starfleet officer soon went around. Which could indicate that Captain Everett once dated this officer before? Although no one on the Everest dared to asked Everett given his emotional state at the moment and looked into talking to one of the councilors on DS13.

There is word on the grapevine at Starfleet Command of a petition to remove 'Strawberry milkshake' from all replicator systems throughout the Fleet. The petition supposedly came from Starfleet Medical.
