Oppy was launched as part of the first production run of Galaxies, one of the earlier ones, so I’d wager the plaque probably looks relatively similar to the Enterprise D? Bronze, old style TNG era insignia, etc? Something along the lines of this. The names would probably be the same too thinking about it, as Opportunity was built at roughly the same time the Enterprise D was.
